This Privacy Policy describes how Gorivo.mk ("the Platform") handles information when you use our website and mobile applications.

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information on our own servers.
The Platform does automatically transmit certain technical data to third-party services we integrate (see Section 2). This includes your IP address, device model, OS version, and usage statistics. We have no direct access to or control over how these third parties store this data.
Geo-location (Safe City Map): If you grant location permission, your position is used exclusively in real time to display your location on the map. It is never transmitted to our servers, logged, or stored in any form.
Push notifications: If you opt in, your device's notification token is sent to Google Firebase solely to deliver notifications. We do not associate it with any personal information.
2. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates third-party SDKs that collect data independently under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their data practices.

THE PLATFORM PROVIDES ITS SERVICES "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. NO INTERNET TRANSMISSION IS 100% SECURE AND WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ABSOLUTE SECURITY. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL.
4. Children
Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, contact us immediately.
5. Changes
We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
